Daniele Coletta
Daniele was born & raised in Supino Italy. He went to school
at institute Alberghiero in Fiuggi & worked in hotels along
the Adriatic Rivera in Italy as well as West Berlin, Germany.
Trained in Italian & Mediterranean cuisine, Daniele brings
46 years of restaurant experience to Le Belvedere.
